BurnIt24! Weight Loss Program

Our flagship program is BurnIt24!, a highly focused 12-week weight loss and fat loss program. BurnIt24! utilizes concepts derived from the most prominent research of the last five years. Participants come to CORE 2, 3, or 4 times per week to follow closely- supervised exercise and nutritional protocols. On the BurnIt24! program you should expect to lose 2-3 pounds per week, building muscle while losing fat.

Research in the current decade has shown that many of the weight loss and fat loss strategies which have always been highly touted are, in actuality, ineffective. Witness the fact that the average bodyweight and body fat percentages in our nation have steadily climbed despite a vast array of aerobic exercise regimens and diet plans.

Modern research has shown that a plan including endless hours of aerobic exercise is NOT the most effective way to burn fat. Don't use techniques from the "Dark Ages!" Senior Exercise Program

We'll improve your balance and coordination. You'll get stronger, more flexible, reduce your risk of injury, and make your activities of daily living easier and more efficient.

Push, Pull, Lift, and Carry

Low-Back Class - Physician Referral Required

Our innovative approach to protecting the low back and learning proper movement patterns. We teach you to lift and carry real life objects as well as making maximum use of the equipment in your gym. This is a great class both for those who have had a previous injury and those who wish to avoid injury.

Pilates

Taught by a licensed physical therapist, this mat-based class strengthens the "core" muscles and promotes flexible strength. Class size ranges from one to three people.

Cardio Boxing / Kick Boxing
